Because our Products are custom-made digital items, each video is created specifically for your order and may include:
Minor differences in animation, sound, color, or timing compared to previews or sample videos are normal and do not mean the Product is defective.
When you purchase a Product, you receive a limited license to use it for personal, non-commercial purposes.

All intellectual property rights in the Products and the Site (including characters, artwork, storylines, scripts, designs, voice-overs, graphics, logos, and trade names) are owned by 2253636 Ontario Inc. or its licensors.
You may choose to share your video on social media or other platforms. By doing so, you accept full responsibility for any privacy or safety risks related to publishing a child’s name or likeness.
Because each Product is custom-made based on your instructions, all sales are generally final.
We may offer a refund or remake a video in the following limited situations:
We do not offer refunds when:
If there is an error in the video that is clearly our fault (for example, we mispronounce the name despite correct instructions), we will work with you to fix or re-render the video.
During busy seasons, especially around major holidays, production and delivery times may be longer than usual. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver videos as soon as possible, but we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date unless we confirm it in writing.
We are not responsible for missed occasions (such as birthdays or holiday dates) if the order was placed too late, information provided was incomplete or incorrect, or there were issues with email or internet services beyond our control.
You agree not to use the Site or Services to:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sankue Studios and 2253636 Ontario Inc., including their directors, officers, employees, and agents, will not be liable for:
