We usually deliver your personalized video within 2–4 business days. However, during busy seasons or special events, it may take a little longer. We’ll always notify you if there’s any delay and keep you updated on your order’s progress.
No. For privacy and safety, we never use real photos. You simply choose a character that looks like your child from our collection.
Yes. The narrator will call your child’s name several times during the story to make it feel personal and engaging.
Yes. All our story videos are available on the website for preview. You’ll receive the exact same story, but personalized with your child’s name, a title featuring their name, and an optional custom message you provide at checkout. If you’d like a completely new or custom story, that’s part of our “My Story” service.

Small corrections to name spelling or message are free within 48 hours of delivery.
Because each video is custom-made and personalized, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please preview the sample stories on our website before placing your order to ensure you’re happy with the style and format.
We’re always improving our videos as technology evolves to keep the quality high and the visuals even better. When one of your purchased videos is upgraded — for example, enhanced animation, sharper visuals, or improved sound — you’ll automatically receive the updated version free of charge. Once you’ve purchased a story, all future upgrades for that same video are included.
